1.4 技术要求：
资格标准：
1）机床必须是厂家标准系列成熟全新制造产品，主轴和机床结构是定型设计产品，与本次投标同规格机床在国内和国外航空业均有销售，且国内和国外销售业绩总数在三台以上（含三台），用户对设备操作、编程、维修、售后服务、质量可靠性等方面反应良好，投标时提供上述销售业绩的用户清单及有效联系方式。投标时提供产品样本、照片，并提供最近5年所售与本次投标同规格同类型设备与用户签订的合同复印件或验收报告复印件至少1份。
2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
技术要求：
1）最大加工直径：≥φ275mm；
2）零件的加工精度DIN2级。
3）加工面粗糙度＜0.4μm

A/VIC International Trade and Economic Development Ltd. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

Qualification requirements :
（1）The machine tool should be the standard series mature and brand new produs of the manufaurer, and the spindle and machine tool struure should be produs of final design. A sales record of total more than 3 (inclusive) sets of equipment with the same specification as the tendered equipment sold to the user(s) in the A/Viation industry at home and abroad should exist, and the user(s) should make positive responses regarding the operation, programming, maintenance, after-sales services, quality reliability, etc., of the equipment. In addition, the list of preceding users and their effeive contas, as well as produ samples and photos, at least one contra (signed with users) copy for the equipment with the same specification and type as the tendered equipment sold in recent five years or acceptance report copy should be provided during bidding.
（2）once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra of the proje. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, his bid will be abolished. (Note: if the produ is imported produs and must import contras, the successful bidder must be in its own name and the buyer or buyer's business agent signed foreign trade contras, and the company can receive China, within the territory of the foreign exchange to pay.
