Purpose for the machine tool: The machine tool should be applicable to five-axis and five-face machining for various complicated parts of casing type, precision hydraulic valve type, and other types made of titanium alloy, high strength alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.
Basic requirements for the machine tool: The machine tool should be capable of milling, boring, drilling, reaming, tapping, and rough/finish machining for the contour as well as five-axis five-linkage machining after one-time clamping for parts.
The machine tool struure should be properly designed with sufficient static, dynamic, and thermal stability, rigidity, and accuracy. It should employ advanced technologies so that the system can be provided with excellent dynamic quality. The auating elements of the selected servo system should feature high accuracy, good reliability, strong anti-jamming capability, and fast response speed, etc.
The main and key components of the machine tool, such as the driving components, guide rails, bearings and lead screws, should be the produs of internationally well-known brands with superior qualities.
The machine should be endowed with the cutting-edge design and manufauring techniques prevailing internationally in the same industry in recent years.
The machine tool should feature good operability, maintainability and safety without environmental pollution and should comply with the CE standard.
*1Qualification requirements :
1) There should be at least 3 users of the equipment with the same specification as those of the tendered one in China, and the equipment model, user name, conta person and telephone number (mobile) should be provided.
2) The design and manufauring of the machine tool should comply with the ISO international standard, and the tendered equipment should be manufaured by the faories in the countries of manufaurers, that is, countries in Europe and America.
3) The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
