中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受成都飞机工业(集团)有限责任公司委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1.3 项目概况与招标范围：碳纤维蒙皮加工系统 1套
1.4 技术要求：1）制造商应具有同类设备构建柔性生产线的经验，由同类五坐标数控加工中心、三坐标测量机、物流系统等集成的复合材料加工柔性生产线在航空制造企业有销售业绩，投标书应附用户清单、销售合同的复印件及生产线布局图，并简要介绍；本次投标方案中同类五坐标数控加工中心销售业绩大于20台以上，投标书应附用户清单。制造商在中国有代理或维修机构能对产品提供长期维修服务保障，投标书应附证明材料或相关承诺书。
2）一旦中标，该投标人必须以自身名义与买方签订本项目采购合同。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
3）系统由五坐标数控加工中心、三坐标测量机及物流系统等组成。
4）工作台尺寸：X≥6000 mm，Y≥2500 mm。
5）定位精度：X、Y、Z≤0.02 mm，A、C≤0.004 °。
6）测量行程X≥6000 mm、Y≥2500 mm、Z≥1500 mm。

A/VIC International Trade and Economic Development Ltd. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

1）The manufaurer should hA/Ve the experience of building a flexible produion line with the same kind of equipment. The flexible produion line made of composite materials such as five axis CNC machining center, three coordinate measuring machine and logistics system has sales performance in A/Viation manufauring enterprises. There should be the user's list, the copy of the sales contra and the layout of the produion line, and brief introduion in bidding documents. The sales performance of the same type of five coordinate NC machining center in the bidding scheme is more than 20 units, and the tender should be attached to the user list. There shall be agent or maintenance institution from the manufaurer in China for maintenance service for long period, and the certificates or the guarantees should be attached in the bid documents.
2）once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the purchase contra with the buyer in its own name. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
3）The system should consist of the five-coordinate NC machining center, three-coordinate measuring machine and logistics system.
4）Table dimensions: X ≥ 6,000 mm; Y ≥ 2,500 mm.
5）Positioning accuracy: Axes X, Y and Z: ≤ 0.02 mm, Axes A and C: ≤ 0.004°.
6）Measuring trA/Vel:X ≥ 6,000 mm, Y ≥ 2,500 mm, Z ≥ 1,500 mm.
