2、标的物描述：输电管理所所辖线路部分杆塔原巡线便道、汽车路以及便桥受山洪雨水冲刷以及水土流失，存在不同程度沉降及损坏，急需修复，部分新开巡线便道需新建便桥。关键路段需按加厚标准实施，转弯及路边高差较大时按需增加连续防护墙。包工包料，按实结算。本次采购共划分两个标段，每个标段一名中标人，不可兼中，投标人需同时对两个标段进行投标，两个标段的报价、响应内容需一致，本次只进行统一的一次性评审。
