normal style="text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:22.0pt">本清远供电局实训室通信设备加装（通信设备及布线）等3个项目施工已由  广东电网有限责任公司清远供电局  以  清供电系部〔2017〕34号  批准建设，项目建设单位为广东电网有限责任公司清远供电局，建设资金为其他，招标人为广州灏天工程顾问有限公司。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。（备注：本如与广东电网招标改革方案有冲突，将按照招标改革方案进行调整。）

2.1建设地点：广东省清远市    

2.2建设规模：按照图纸对清远供电局抗冰应急光缆更换、、10kV七星岗站至清远局新大楼ADSS光缆更换、清远供电局实训室通信设备加装（通信设备及布线）进行施工。  

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">2.3计划工期：200日历天，最终按签订合同工期为准。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">2.4招标范围： 按照图纸对清远供电局抗冰应急光缆更换、、10kV七星岗站至清远局新大楼ADSS光缆更换、清远供电局实训室通信设备加装（通信设备及布线）进行施工。施工图纸范围内的建筑、安装、调试工程以及完成招标文件规定的工程项目所需的各项工作  （具体内容详见招标文件）。

normalCxSpMiddle align=left style="text-align:left;text-indent: 31.5pt;line-height:150%">本次实行网上发售电子版招标文件，不再出售纸质招标文件，以投标人网上下载的加盖广州灏天工程顾问有限公司电子章的电子版招标文件为准。凡有意参加投标者，2018年02月08日09时00分00秒至2018年02月12日17时00分00秒，登陆阳光电子商务平台（www.bidding.csg.cn）凭企业CA证书电子钥匙购买招标文件。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">（1）电子版投标文件开始递交时间：2018年 02 月 08 日 9 时 00 分00秒，截止时间：2018年03月 14 日 9 时 00 分00秒。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">（2）纸质版投标文件递交时间：2018年 03 月 14 日 08 时 30 分00秒至2018年 03 月 14 日 09 时 00 分00秒。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">5.2投标文件不予受理情况

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">（1）投标文件逾期送达或未送达指定地点的。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">（2）未通过正规渠道获取招标文件的投标人，所提交的投标文件。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">（3）如有投标保证金要求，且投标人未缴纳投标保证金。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">（4）通过公告规定以外的方式，如邮寄、传真、电子邮件等方式递交投标文件的。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">（5）投标人未按要求对投标文件进行填写、密封、标识等的。
