normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly">4.1凡有意参加投标者，请申请人的法定代表人或授权委托人持其本人二代身份证原件于2018年2月 23日至2018年 2 月 27 日、上午9:30时至11:30时、下午14:00时至16:00时(北京时间，下同)，到广州公共资源交易中心（广州市天河区天润路333号）报名，符合资格要求的可以购买招标文件，逾期不予受理。

normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly">4.2 报名及购买招标文件时须持以下资料：①法定代表人证明书原件和授权委托书原件，法定代表人或授权委托人二代身份证复印件；②营业执照副本复印件；③水利部颁发的大型或以上移动式启闭机使用许可证和国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁发的门式制造许可证复印件；④最近三个会计年度（2014年～2016年）经合法中介机构审计的财务报表（包括资产负债表、现金流量表、损益表）；⑤业绩证明材料复印件（同时提供中标通知书或合同协议书）；⑥《检察机关查询行贿犯罪档案结果告知函》（出具时间应在本项目公告发布之日起），投标报名申请表（在广州公共资源交易中心网站下载，并按表格要求填写盖章）一式两份，单独提交。
