现就招标人三艘客滚船于2018年年度检修工程项目分别选厂进行公开招标事宜公告如下：

一、船舶名称、参数及检修时间

二、投标人基本条件

1.在粤、桂、琼三省内适合招标人以上三艘船舶年度检修的船舶修理厂；2.从在本公告规定的渠道完成报名手续，并在报名时间前没有发现在“信用”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)近3年内的不良信用记录；3.单位负责人为同一人或存在直接控股、管理关系的不同单位及其授权代理不得同时参加本项目的投标；4.具有有效的营业执照，经营范围包含船舶修理；5.本项目不接受联合体投标，并能提供基本账户开户许可证及2016年度和2017年度财务审计报告。

三、报名事项

1.报名时需提供以下证明材料一式一份（所有复印件每页需要加盖投标人公章）：（1）报名单位出具的介绍信原件；（2）有效营业执照复印件（如无三证合一，需另提供税务登记证复印件及组织机构代码证复印件）；（3）经办人的身份证复印件。

2.报名时间：nth="5" day="19" islunardate="False" isrocdate="False" w:st="on">2018年5月19日至nth="5" day="23" islunardate="False" isrocdate="False" w:st="on">2018年5月23日，上午08：30至12：00、下午14：30至17：00（公休日除外）；报名地点：广东省湛江市霞山区洪屋路142号航运大厦9楼经营部；报名联系人：龙先生，联系电话：0759-2683738。

四、获取招标文件的方式：已经完成报名手续的投标人于每艘船舶检修时间前1个月内由招标人指定时间及地点购买招标文件，每份费用100元，不论中标与否，售后不退还。
