1.4 技术要求：资格标准： (1) 制造商需在国内有同类型设备在使用，且没有不良记录，并提供5个以上同型号产品的国内用户清单。 *(2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。） 主要技术要求： 1.最大合模力150T。 2.单次最大射蜡量≥25L 3.滑板尺寸不小于1200mm×1200mm，开模最大行程不小于 900 mm。

Qualification requirements : (1)The equipment manufacturers should hA/Ve similar equipment in domestic without bad record, and provide 5 users' list for the same model products. *(2) The bidder must be the contractor that has signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
