资格标准：
1）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，其投标将被否决。（说明：招标中必须谁投标、谁中标、谁签合同，不能甲投标，乙签合同。
2）投标人需具备高速相机原厂家针对本项目的唯一授权文件，在投标文件中提供授权书原件
主要技术要求：
1）相机在800-1000FPS条件下，全画幅分辨率不少于2048像素×2048像素；
2）相机必需支持低照度拍摄。单色ISO6400，彩色ISO2000；

Qualification requirements :
1)once win the bid, the bidder must be the signatory of foreign trade contract
with the buyer for this project. If the bidder disabled to sign the foreign
trade contract with the buyer, the bid will be rejected. (Explanation: The
bidder, successful bidder and the contract signatory must be the same one.
Forbid A bidding, B signing the contract.);
2)The bidder should hA/Ve the only authorization document for this project from
the high-speed camera OEM and the original of the authorization letter should
be provided in the bidding documents.
Main technical requirements:
1)Under the condition of 800-1000 FPS, the full-frame picture resolution of the
camera should not be less than 2048 pixels x 2048 pixels.
2)The camera should support low-illuminance shooting. Monochrome:
ISO6400;Color: ISO2000
