二、流标原因
B包：开封市晨光医疗器械有限公司投标文件没有企业盖章，不响应招标文件“第三章评标办法”中的2.1.1项，不能作为有效投标人。在形式评审中，投标单位不足三家，作废标处理。
C包：开封铭韵医疗器械有限公司提供的其他资料中的“神经电生理康复评定系统”医疗器械注册证（2013年第2210706）有效期限（2013年7月8日至2019年7月9日）不符合有关法律法规的规定，不响应招标文件“第二章 供应商须知”中 3.9项。不能作为有效投标人。在资格评审中，投标单位不足三家，作废标处理。
