二、供应商的资格要求
1）投标人必须符合《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的相关规定。
2）与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的法人、其他组织或者个人不得参加投标。
3）单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一包投标或者未分包的同一项目投标。
4）、本项目是否接受联合体参加谈判：不接受。
5）、其他资格条件：无。
三、获取谈判文件的时间和期限、地点、方式
从 2018 年7月31日至 2018年8月3日，每天(法定节假日、休息日除外) 8:30～12:00,14:00～17:30时(北京时间)到江西省机电设备招标有限公司3楼315室招标四部购买谈判文件，本谈判文件每份（每包）200元人民币（邮购需另加50元人民币），售后不退。
四、谈判公告期限
自发布之日起3个工作日
五、响应文件递交截止时间和谈判时间为2018年8月7日19时（北京时间）。
六、响应文件递交地点和谈判地点在江西省机电设备招标有限公司3楼316会议室。
七、谈判保证金
谈判保证金缴纳方式、户名、开户行、账号及金额详见谈判文件。
八、采购代理服务费
