2. 资质要求：
（1）境内投标人应提供企业营业执照（事业单位需提供事业单位法人证书）（三证合一）；
（2）制造商具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的质量管理体系认证证书（如ISO9001等）；
3. 交货的地点和时间：DAP项目现场/项目现场，*合同生效后6个月内（含设备安装、调试和验收）。
4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
5. 购买招标文件时间：2018年08月06日起至2018年08月13日止每天9:00~16:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。
