*7m、10m、13.5m的绑带具有CAAC或FAA或EASA颁布的《技术标准规定项目批准书》。

2. 交货地点：DDP项目现场价/买方项目现场（北京地址：顺义区顺平路566-16号。浦东地址：浦东国际机场河滨西路501号（PACTL西区货运站））
交货时间：卖方自确认订单之日起30个日历日内将绑带送达买方指定的收货地点。
资质要求：
*①投标人须具备有效的营业执照（三证合一）或事业单位法人证证书、税务登记证、组织机构代码证复印件等证明文件；
*②境内投标人应无行贿犯罪记录，并提供由人民检察-院出具且在有效期内的“行贿犯罪档案查询结果告知函”作为证明材料；
*③投标人提供近两年经审计的审计报告或财务报表（资产负债表、现金流量表或损益表）；
*④13.5M，10M和7M三种规格的绑带需要有CAAC或EASA或FAA资质认证。

3. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

2. Delivery place: DDP project site/ Project site/ Project site: Address in Beijing: No. 566-16, Shunping Road, Shunyi District; Address in Pudong: No. 501, West Hebin Road, Pudong International Airport (PACTL West Goods Station).
Delivery time: The tenderee shall deliver the strap to the receiving place designated by
the buyer within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation of the order.
3. Qualification requirements：
*①Bidders shall provide valid Business License /Business Registration and Tax Registration Certificate (if applicable);
*②Bidders within PRC Customs territory must provide valid “Inquiry results of bribery files” issued by People’s Procuratorate.
*③Bidders shall provide financial information from the last two years(including balance sheet, cash flow statement and income statement);
*④The bidder shall provide CAAC or EASA or FAA qualification for 13.5M, 10M and 7M straps

4. The price of bidding documents: RMB 1000 or USD $160 per package, and the documents will not be returned. (mail order must be 100 yuan or $20). Any legal person or other organization that has not purchased the bid invitation documents in Sinochem International Tendering Co.
