2. 交货的地点和时间：买方项目现场/ CPT北京首都机场，合同生效后2个月内，投标人按照招标人要求发货；合同生效后3个月内，货到招标人指定地点。
3. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
4. 购买招标文件时间：2018年8月8日至2018年8月15日止每天上午9:00~16:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。
