Requirements for Qulification of Bidder
A．投标人须为生产厂家，不接受代理商投标。
The bidder must be the manufacturer, don't accept the bid that is agent.
B. 买方不接受其品牌贴牌的产品。贴牌产品，指的是需要采购的产品并不是直接来自产品提供商的技术，而是由其他的制造商完成后贴上其产品提供商的商标。
The Purchaser does not accept OEM product. OEM means the product to be purchased are not directly from product supplier’s technology, but finished by others product maker except the logo of product belong to product supplier.
（2）业绩要求：
Requirement for Bidder's reference:
投标人为陵水17-2半潜平台提供的系泊锚机系统必须是制造商的成熟产品。近20年（至截标日），投标人拟提供产品在浮式油气生产装置上具有适用于锚链直径不小于157mm的锚机系统的已完成调试的销售业绩。投标人须提交有效的业绩表并提供相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：销售合同复印件（含相关技术附件）和用户现场调试报告。业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：现场调试报告的时间、货物名称、供货数量、使用的锚链直径，运行环境（是否为浮式油气生产装置）。未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法验证：现场调试报告时间、货物名称、供货数量、使用的锚链直径，运行环境（是否为浮式油气生产装置）均视为无效业绩。
The Mooring chain jack system Supplier selected for the LS17-2 SEMI platform should be manufacturer proven products. In recent 20 years (till deadline of bids submission stipulated), the Bidder to provide the product hA/Ve sale reference with a system that suitable 157mm or bigger diameter mooring chain to use in FPU after complete commissioning work. The Bidder shall submit valid track records and relevant documentary to prove, the documentary evidence include but not limited: relevant chapter’s copies of sale contract (including relevant technical attachment) and commissioning report on user site. The evidentiary documents provided by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: signature time of site commissioning report, Name of Goods, Quantity, diameter of mooring chain to use, environment to use (is it FPU?). If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished cannot demonstrate signature time of site commissioning report, Name of Goods, Quantity, diameter of mooring chain to use, environment to use (is it FPU?). The relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
