3.1 投标人简要技术及资格要求： 设备为全新设备，使用寿命在20年以上，关键成件选用国内外知名企业的品牌产品。 要求制造商应具有ISO9001认证证书，应具有20年以上的航空发动机燃油附件测试台的研制经验。 要求制造商研制的类似试验设备达到10台以上（附相关资料），质量高，具有良好的售后服务，并且没有出现过重大故障，无不良记录。 设备技术要求及主要规格参数 试验件：燃油泵 测试内容：磨合运转试验、调整试验、验收试验、安全活门打开压力检查试验、泵流量特性检验试验、密封性及漏油量检查试验、汽蚀试验、室温持久试验。 设备组成：该设备由燃油系统、滑油系统、空气系统、传动系统、电气控制系统组成。 试验台主要参数及要求 燃油系统 工作介质：3号喷气燃料（GB6537-2006）； 介质温度：25±5～120±10℃（可调）； 介质清洁度：NAS1638-6级； 进口压力：0.04～1.5MPa（绝对）； 出口压力：0.3～12MPa（可调）； B4出口流量：≮20000L/h； B2、B3级流量：≮20000L/h。 其他详见招标文件技术要求。
