Eligibility criteria:
(1) in the past two years, there hA/Ve been more than five (including five) sales records of products of the same type, and copies of sales contracts are provided
* (2) seller's tender or manufacturer's direct tender issued by the manufacturer of the product for this project.
* (3) once the foreign bidder wins the bid, the bidder must be the party signing the foreign trade contract of the project with the buyer. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign the foreign trade contract with the buyer, the bid will be abolished. (note: if the product is imported and an import contract has to be signed, the successful bidder must sign a foreign trade contract in his own name with the buyer or the buyer's commercial agent, and can receive the foreign exchange paid by the company in mainland China.)
*This project does not accept the joint venture bidding, without the buyer's permission may not subcontract or subcontract.

*he instrument must hA/Ve a mass flow controller and an intelligent control module of dynamic flow compensation (DFC), which can compensate the system flow change in real time and keep the system flow and pressure constant. Stabilize the nitrogen test results.
