normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>2018-2020年广深高速公路收费站雨棚日常维修工程项目已由  广东省公路建设有限公司 以    粤路建养〔2018〕729号批准建设，项目业主为 广深珠高速公路有限公司 ，建设资金来自 招标人自筹 ，招标人为 广深珠高速公路有限公司。项目已具备招标条件，现采用资格后审方式公开招标，采用资格后审方式。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:19.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;layout-grid-mode:char;mso-layout-grid-align:none'>2018-2020年广深高速公路收费站雨棚日常维修工程主要对广深高速公路沿线收费站和监控楼等进行漏水和破损维修，养护工期为自合同签订之日起3年，主要工程内容：（1）对锈蚀脱落、松动、有掉落可能的铝塑板进行更换、增设铝条和龙骨加固、除锈防锈法处理；（2） 更换锈蚀严重、起不到排水效果的雨棚天沟；（3）对大面积锈蚀穿孔、导致雨水渗漏的雨棚屋面板进行拆除更换；（4）对脱落、松动的侧挡板进行更换及加固处理；（5）对出现锈蚀现象钢结构主体进行除锈防锈措施等。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.1 本次招标要求投标人须具备房屋建筑工程施工总承包贰级及以上资质、具有类似工程业绩经验，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。详见招标文件附录1—附录5。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.3 与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的法人，不得参加投标；单位负责人[1]为同一人、或者存在控股[2]、管理关系[3]的不同单位不得参加同一标段或未划分标段的同一招标项目投标，否则按否决其投标处理。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;tab-stops:18.0pt'>4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于 2018  年  11 月12日至2018 年 11 月 16日(法定公休日、法定节假日除外)，每日上午 9:30至 11:30 ，下午 2:00  时至 4:00 时(北京时间，下同)，在  广州市天河区天润路333号广州公共资源交易中心  持单位介绍信原件和经办人身份证复印件（原件备查），同《广州建设工程投标报名申请表》（2份）购买招标文件。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>5.2 投标文件递交的截止时间为 2018 年 12月 4日10 时 00分，投标人应于当日上午9: 40至10:00将投标文件递交至 广州市天河区天润路333号广州公共资源交易中心。

本次招标公告同时在广东省招标投标监管网、广州公共资源交易中心网站上发布。详细内容以广州公共资源交易中心网站公告为准。

在规定的报名期间，如报名并购买招标文件的投标人不足3 家时，招标人依法有权选择以下任一方式：（1）在广州公共资源交易中心网站发布公告延长报名时间，在延期报名时间内，已报名投标人的资料仍有效并可自行补充资料，未报名的投标人可根据公告的约定进行报名；（2）依法重新组织招标或不再招标。
