工程估算投资约23000万元。新开挂绿湖与增塘水库连通渠，开挖长度为4.35km，设计引水流量5m³/s，设计排涝流量根据区域排涝标准设定。设置连通段分洪闸和景观蓄水闸两座，每座水闸净宽7m；跨河桥梁4座，每座桥跨度50m；渠道中段采用顶管穿过北三环，顶管管径3000，长度约240m。增塘水库第二坝下新开灌排渠3.67km，满足第二副坝下游0.66万亩农田区（含南坣村）灌溉和区域排涝要求。
