normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;mso-layout-grid-align:auto;punctuation-trim:leading'>本项目主线起点位于建饶镇区前，线路跨越建饶溪，由西向东，途经麻寮、石坛、黄村、杨梅坪、和里洞等村，终点位于闽粤交界处，与福建诏安县县道X541线连接，主线路线全长10.084公里；支线起点位于饶中村上城村道与乡道Y425（麻饶线）相交处，路线沿旧路Y425（麻饶线）走向，途经下城，终点接主线（主线桩号K4+800），支线路线全长1.732公里。工程估算总金额约12649.81万元，其中建安费约8740.61万元。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;mso-layout-grid-align:auto;punctuation-trim:leading'>3.1本次招标要求投标人具有独立企业法人资格，并同时具备以下有效资质：①工程设计综合甲级资质或公路行业设计甲级资质或公路行业（公路）专业设计丙级（及以上）资质，②工程勘察综合类甲级资质或工程勘察专业类（岩土工程（勘察））乙级（及以上）资质和工程勘察专业类（工程测量）乙级（及以上）资质；且具有近五年（即2013年1月1日至投标文件递交截止日止）独立完成不少于1个合同段且单个合同段里程不少于11km的三级（或以上等级）公路工程（含新建、改建、改造、扩建）的勘察设计经验，并在人员等方面具有相应的勘察设计能力。
