normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.1凡有意参加投标者，请申请人的法定代表人或授权委托人持其本人二代身份证原件于2018年12月29日至2019 年1月2日、上午9:30时至11:30时、下午14:00时至16:00时(北京时间，下同)，到广州公共资源交易中心（广州市天河区天润路333号）报名，符合资格要求的可以购买招标文件，逾期不予受理。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.2报名及购买招标文件时须持以下资料：①法定代表人证明书原件和授权委托书原件，法定代表人或授权委托人二代身份证复印件；②营业执照副本复印件；③产品试验合格证书；④最近三个会计年度（2015年～2017年）经合法中介机构审计的财务报表（包括资产负债表、现金流量表、损益表）；⑤业绩证明材料复印件（提供同类励磁系统电力系统稳定器（PSS）试验合格报告、中标通知书或合同协议书、完工验收鉴定书和设备运行报告）。投标报名申请表（在广州公共资源交易中心网站下载，并按表格要求填写盖章）一式两份，单独提交。
