normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;mso-layout-grid-align:auto;punctuation-trim:leading'>2.1 建设地点、规模：拟建设本项目位于广州市增城区仙村镇，属于石新公路一段，起点位于仙村镇西南村，设计桩号为K0+000，终点位于蓝山村，设计桩号为K5+032.076。路线总体呈东西走向，路线全长5.032km。道路根据规划结合广汕铁路（广州段）用地红线修建，按一级公路结合城市道路功能标准建设，设计速度80km/h，标准路基宽度40m，双向6车道，路面结构采用沥青砼路面；建设内容包括道路工程（含总体、路线、路基、路面、人行道、非机动车道及路线交叉等）、桥涵工程、市政配套给水工程，市政雨污水工程、交通安全设施、照明工程、电力工程、管线综合、绿化工程等。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;mso-layout-grid-align:auto;punctuation-trim:leading'>3.1本次招标要求投标人同时具备①公路行业(公路)专业设计甲级或公路行业设计甲级或工程设计综合甲级资质；②工程勘察专业类（岩土工程（勘察）、工程测量）甲级或工程勘察综合类甲级；且近五年（即2014年1月1日至投标文件递交截止日止）独立完成过：不少于1个合同段且单个合同段里程不少于4km的一级（或以上等级）公路工程（含新建、改建、扩建）的勘察设计经验，并在人员等方面具有相应的勘察设计能力。
