normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>海丰县城污水处理厂尾水提标工程设计规模为8万m³/d。海丰县城污水处理厂位于海丰县海丽大道与丽江交汇处，厂区占地面积72209㎡，本工程主要对海丰县城污水处理厂现有工艺进行提标改造，提标工程设计内容为新增加三座水工构筑物水池，即滤布滤池、高密度沉淀池和中途提升泵站，增加一座单层建筑物加药间及相应地面设备基础。改造后，出水标准达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级A排放标准及广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》（DB44/26-2001）第二时段一级排放标准的较严值。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>本工程采用采购、施工总承包（PC）方式对海丰县城污水处理厂进行提标改造。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>招标内容包括（但不仅限于）：满足系统正常运行所必需具备的工艺、电气、在线监测（含数据上传）、自控系统及安装、场地平整（按现状交地）、施工（含场地平整、厂区土建、安装、与原工程衔接、永久用水用电接入、道路、绿化、给排水、围墙、厂区附属工程、提标改造而造成原有工程破坏的修复等）、设备选择、采购（中标人采购设备时所选择设备的规格型号及品牌须经招标人确认后再采购）、监造、运输及储存、调试、试验及检查、试运行、考核验收（含特种设备验收、环保验收、在线监控验收等）、竣工验收、保修期内缺陷修复（含3年的备品、备件）、设备使用培训和最终交付投产等。建成后，中控系统的所有数据都需传送到环保集团信息化系统，并且可以接受环保云平台的控制命令，以实现水厂远程监控的目的。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>投标人须负责办理施工、验收阶段的各项报批报建工作（包括但不限于建设工程规划许可证、施工许可证办理等），并负责办理施工阶段及验收阶段的其他报建、报批手续（如质量监督、安全监督等），包括按审批机构格式要求提供各项报建报批所需的相关文件、图纸及电子文件等）。上述工作内容的费用包含在投标报价中。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.2 具有承接本工程所需的市政公用工程施工总承包二级或以上资质；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.3 具有建设行政主管部门颁发的安全生产许可证；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.4拟担任本工程项目经理须具备市政公用工程专业一级注册建造师，并持有项目经理安全生产考核合格证（B类）（或能够提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页）；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>注：建造师的专业及等级标准按《注册建造师执业管理办法（试行）》及《注册建造师执业工程规模标准（试行）》；注册建造师包括延续注册成功的注册临时建造师。根据广东省建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。
