normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:200%'>注：上述投标人合格条件2至5项（除第5点需提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的网页截图外）的信息取自投标人在广州市房建和市政企业库内相关上传件，企业库记录的该部分上传件将被视为投标申请人递交资格审查资料的一部分，投标人提供的纸质投标资料必须与广州市房建和市政企业库内资料一致。评标委员会对该部分资料的审查将以递交投标文件截止时间在广州市房建和市政企业库内上传件或以递交的纸质投标文件为依据。合格条件第6项诚信档案以递交投标文件截止时间在广州市房建和市政企业库登记的信息为准。若招标人延长递交投标文件截止时间，以上资料和诚信档案的评审时点也相应延长。投标人应及时维护其在广州市房建和市政企业库登记的信息及上传件，确保各项信息及上传件在有效期内。

normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:200%'>10、投标人未出现以下情形：与其它投标人的单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的（按投标人提供的《投标申请人声明》第九条内容进行评审）。

normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:200%'>未在招标公告第十条单列的资审合格条件，不作为资审不合格的依据。

normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:200%'>十二.招标公告网上发布时，同时发布招标文件、施工图纸、最高投标限价。招标公告发布之日起计算编制投标文件时间，编制投标文件的时间不得少于20天。本项目招标文件一经在广州公共资源交易中心发布，视为发售给投标人，招标文件由投标人自行在广州公共资源交易中心网站下载。
