normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all'>1、本次询比价为整体采购，询比价响应供应商报价时须写明单价及总价、产品的详细配置参数，报价包含货物制造、运输、装卸、售后服务等交付采购人使用前所有可能发生的费用，确定成交供应商不再增补任何费用。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all'>6、响应人的资质要求：水电一局合格供货商（若需要资质要求的，未达到资质要求的，将被视为无效询比价响应。）

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2）卖方需提供合格证及产品相关的检测报告；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>3）质保期内卖方免费更换一切在正常情况下损坏的零配件；由于买方人为原因造成的零部件损坏，卖方有义务对损坏零、部件作有偿的维修、更换;
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>4）质保期内在正常使用情况下，设备发生故障，卖方在接到买方第一次通知后半小时内给予答复，24小时内到达现场解决问题；
