投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1) 如果投标人所投的货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应得到制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书；
1) In the case of a Bidder offering to supply goods under the contract which the Bidder does not manufacture or otherwise produce, the Bidder has been duly authorized by the goods’ manufacturer or producer to supply the goods in this bidding project,;
2) 投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件；
2) Bidder shall provide the bank reference letter issued within three months prior to the time of bid opening in original or its copy;
3) 近3年内有不少于6个的与投标产品型号相同的销售业绩（须提供业绩清单及合同复印件或用户的书面证明）。
