2.1建设

线路工程

1．220 千伏线路

解口 220 千伏贤令山至安峰甲线路入连州站，形成连

州站至贤令山站、安峰站各 1 回 220 千伏线路：

新建 220 千伏单回线路长约 千米，导线截面采

用 1×630 平方毫米。

改接 220 千伏山连乙线接入连州站，形成连州站至贤

令山站 1 回 220 千伏线路：

新建 220 千伏单回线路长约 3.2 千米，导线截面采用 1×630平方毫米。

2．110 千伏线路

解口 110 千伏岭山至洛阳单回线路入连州站，形成连

州站至岭山站、洛阳站各 1 回 110 千伏线路：

新建 110 千伏单回线路长约 千米，导线截面采用 1×300 平方毫米。

解口 110 千伏安峰至泉顺电厂单回线路入连州站，形

成连州站至安峰站、泉顺电厂各 1 回 110 千伏线路：

新建 110 千伏单回线路长约 1.4 千米，新建 110 千伏同塔双回挂单边线路长约 1×1.4 千米，导线截面采用 1×630 平方毫米。

解口 110 千伏岭山至慧光单回线路入连州站，形成连

州站至岭山站、慧光站各 1 回 110 千伏线路：

新建 110 千伏同塔双回线路长约 2×1.1 千米，导线截面采用 1×300 平方毫米。

建设配套的通信光缆及二次系统工程。

3.1具有独立法人资格，持有合法有效的企业法人营业执照。

3.2资质要求：具备工程监理综合资质或电力工程监理乙级及以上资质 。

3.6总监理工程师的要求：已取得注册监理工程师执业证书，在投标申请报名单位注册。

3.9其他：若投标人 在参加系统的招投标活动或经济往来等过程中曾经存在违法事件的，自发文公布违法事件之日起，在规定时间内不接受该投标人参与公司的招投标活动，具体时间按《中国电力招标采购网供应商行贿行为信息记录及处置办法》的相关规定执行。
