'Times New Roman';margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">根据贵州银行采购工作的需要，现面向全国征集OCR系统项目供应商。

'Times New Roman';margin-top: 0;margin-bottom: 0;white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">三、潜在供应商资格要求

1.具备独立法人资格，具有完成该项目设计的技术力量，财务能力和良好的信誉；

2.公司注册资金不少于500万；

3.2016年至今(以合同签署时间为准)，OCR系统金融行业相关案例(3个及以上)及相关证明材料；

4.具有OCR系统所必需的专业技术能力、服务渠道支援能力和行业经验；

5.最近三年内，各项经营活动没有重大违法记录，没有出现违背社会责任的不良信息；

6.与其它报名的供应商不存在任何关联关系。

（一）OCR系统功能要求

1．提供包括个人的身份证、户口本、驾驶证等，企业的统一社会信用代码证、营业执照、组织机构代码证等证照信息要素的识别提取服务。

2．提供我行及他行银行卡卡号识别提取服务。

3．提供增值税发票、定额发票等的信息要素识 别提取服务。

4．提供基于深度学习的一般固定格式证件、单据信息要素识别提取能力，通过配置模板和训练能够到达较高的识别准确率。

5．提供二维码生成和识别能力，可在我行业务办理过程中产生的各类凭证、单据中嵌入二维码，可在后续业务流程中通过扫描二维码提取信息要素。

6．提供iOS和Android平台的移动端SDK，支持离线识别和调用后端服务两种能力。

（三）其他要求：

1.本项目不接受联合体，不允许转包或分包。
