normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:22.0pt'>本2017年新建农网改造升级项目（百色供电局）施工（项目名称）已由 （项目审批、核准或备案机关名称） 以 桂发改能源〔2016〕1478号（批文名称及编号）批准建设，项目建设单位为百色供电局，建设资金为中央预算资金，

2.1建设地点：百色市

2.2建设规模：2017年新建农网改造升级项目（百色供电局）施工共143个项目，分9个标段。

2.3计划工期：详见《2017年新建农网改造升级项目（百色供电局）施工工程概况表》。（实际工期以开工报告、竣工报告为准）

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:22.0pt'>线路（含台区）部分：施工图纸范围内的送电线路（含台区）安装、调试工程。包括：本体工程、杆塔基占地及青苗赔偿、沿线建（构）筑物拆迁补偿、旧电力线路（含台区）拆除和运输、线路参数测试、线路（含台区）改建（新建）后负荷转接、杆塔三牌购置及安装、双回路杆塔分相挂牌、旧电力线路更换杆号牌、施工单位配合整套启动试运及协助相关工作。不包括：水土保持项目验收及补偿、巡线与检修站工程，整套启动试运等。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:22.0pt'>电缆线路部分：施工图纸范围内的电缆线路建筑、安装、调试工程。包括：本体工程、征地及青苗赔偿、沿线建（构）筑物的拆除、沿线的管线迁移、道路施工期临时占用、路面破除及恢复工作、旧电缆线路拆除和运输、电缆线路参数测试、管道光缆敷设、线路牌挂牌、电缆线路参数测试、光缆的测量及接续、施工单位配合整套启动试运及协助相关工作。不包括：水土保持项目验收及补偿、巡线与检修站工程，整套启动试运等。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:22.0pt'>变电部分：施工图纸范围内的变电建筑、安装、调试及改扩建站负荷转移工程。包括：“三通一平”，红线图内附属物拆迁，改扩建站建筑物、设备拆除及运输，站内消防及报装报验，电缆防火措施材料及安装，载波通信及光通信设备的安装调试，二次防雷系统、图像监控系统及五防系统配合厂家安装调试，微机监控系统的分系统调试，站区绿化、变电站安健环设施，施工单位配合整套启动试运及协助相关工作。不包括：变电站场地建设场地征用、变电站整套启动调试。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>标段2：榜圩供电所榜圩镇坡吞台区改造工程等47个工程；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>标段3：中心站合乐线百林班来8队配变台区改建等27个工程；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>标段4：百峰站百峰线干线改造工程等31个工程；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>标段5：城西～马窝35千伏线路改造工程等1个工程；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>标段6：35kV桠杈站改造工程等4个工程；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>标段7：泥浪电站～板坝35千伏线路改造工程等7个工程；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>标段8：35kV桠杈站10kV忠义904线改建工程等2个工程；
