normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>项目规模：项目区总面积18633. 06亩，建设规模15641. 26亩，其中：水浇地面积382. 49亩，旱地面积 15258. 77亩，田坎面积2991.80亩。项目建成后，可新增高标准农田面积15641. 26亩。项目建设内容主要包括：土地平整工程、土壤改良工程、排水工程、田间道路工程、农业科技推广措施五部分。

normal align=left style='margin-left:21.0pt;text-align:left;text-indent:-21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1投标人须具备有效的营业执照；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.2投标人须具备建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质、具备有效的安全生产许可证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力，其中：投标人拟派项目经理须具有建筑工程专业注册建造师二级及以上执业资格，且未担任其他在建工程项目的项目经理。
