（2）计算工程监理费（综合费率法）：

  工程监理费=计费额×综合费率×工程复杂程度调整系数

注：计费额处于两个数值区间的，采用直线内插法计算，详见表1《工程监理综合费率表》

（3）确定调整系数：工程复杂程度调整系数为1.00。

工程监理费=【260+（300-260）/（10000-8000）*（8102.12-8000）】*1.00=262.04万元

（4）本工程施工监理服务收费基准价为：262.04万元

（5）本项目施工监理服务收费基准价为262.04万元，各投标人在收费基准价[0，-20%]浮动范围内自行报价。（以元为单位，小数点后保留二位小数，第三位小数四舍五入），超出该范围报价为无效标书。

修改为：“13.4投标报价计算：

（1）确定工程监理费计费额：暂按8957.956175万元

（2）计算施工监理服务收费基价（内插法）：

施工监理服务收费基价=181.0+（218.6-181.0）÷（10000-8000）×（8957.956175-8000）=199.01万元

（3）确定调整系数：本工程专业调整系数为1.0；工程复杂程度调整系数为1.0；高程调整系数为1.0。

工程监理费=199.01×1.0×1.0×1.0

（4）本工程施工监理服务收费基准价为：199.01万元

（5）本项目施工监理服务收费基准价为199.01万元，各投标人在收费基准价[0，-20%]浮动范围内自行报价。（以元为单位，小数点后保留二位小数，第三位小数四舍五入），超出该范围报价为无效标书。

（6）本项目招标控制价为：199.01万元。
