Qualification requirements :
1) the equipment is imported with original new produs. The manufaurer shall be an internationally known enterprise in the industry and shall hA/Ve more than 20 years of experience in the produion of this type of equipment, which shall hA/Ve no less than 10 users in China, and the performance of the equipment sold shall be reliable. Good after-sales service, and no major failure, no bad record.
2) provide the sample and detailed technical data of each component of the equipment and list of domestic same types of device users (2011 ~ 2016) and list the service and support organization address.
3) The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
*Requirements for multi-channel data acquisition front-end hardware:
*Number of input channels: ≥ 12
*Number of output channels: ≥ 1
*Input voltage range: ± 0.01 mV~10 V
*The hardware should condu measurement by using voltage/IPC and support the intelligent sensor.
*Max. analysis band width of each channel of system data acquisition front end: ≥ 25.6 kHz
*Dynamic range of each input channel: ≥ 130 dB.
The parallel synchronous sampling method should be adopted, and the sampling frequency when the system input channels operate simultaneously should be at least 51.2 kHz/CH.
