1.4 技术要求：*1投标商必需具备从事20年以上中国业务的资历,销售的设备性能可靠,且有良好、有效的售后服务业绩，并且没有不良记录
*2投标商提供的产品必须是国内或国际著名品牌厂家原厂制造的产品。投标商应提供有效版本的原厂制造商唯一授权证书。
*3供货商在军工系统单位应有20台以上的销售业绩，相同配置和技术状态的设备进入生产状态达10年以上。（提供合同等相关证明）
*4该设备能够满足对Parylene C型、N型、D型和 F型原料的沉积。
*5沉积腔室容积：≥63升，沉积腔空载真空度<1pa。
*6原料仓容量：≥1000克。
*7设备应配备世界知名品牌机械制冷装置，能够快速冷却:≥-110oC；具有冷头温度传感器输出，并采用外置分体式设计，便于日常维护。
