1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
（1）资质要求：投标商需提供投标产品近5年在军工企业客户3-5家的证明文件。代理商投标需要提供原厂商出具的代理授权证明。
*（2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。
主要技术指标：
（1）机床床身具有减震装置，床身材料采用减震性能极佳的天然花岗岩，或采用整体铸造床身,具有优异的吸震性、热稳定性及热传导性能。
（2）主轴孔跳动≤0.0001mm；
（3）X、Z轴重复定位精度≤±0.0001mm；

Qualification requirements：
（1）The tenderer should provide the certificate documents that the tendered produ has been sold to 3~5 military enterprises in the recent 5 years. The tendering agent should provide agency authority certificate issued by the original manufaurer.
*（2）once winning the bid, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, he/she will abolish his bid. (note: if the produ is imported produs and shall conclude a contra for the import, the winning bidder must be in its own name and buyer or buyer's business agent for foreign trade contras, and can receive the Chinese mainland company pays within the territory of foreign exchange.
Main Technology data:
(1)The machine tool body should be configured with shock absorber, and adopt natural granite material of excellent shock absorbing performance; or the over-casting body should be adopted. In addition, the machine tool body should feature good shock absorption, thermal stability, and thermal conduivity.
(2)Spindle hole run-out: ≤ 0.0001 mm
(3)Positioning accuracy of axes X and Z: ≤ 0.001 mm
