1.4 技术要求：投标厂商所投设备的制造商有三年以上制造、生产经验，两年以上的销售史，在中国国内有类似设备的用户。制造商应在投标书中提供在制造本次招标设备经验方面的资料及近年来招标设备在精密铸造行业等领域中使用的情况及数量，并附有3家的主要用户名单。
炉子为三室立式结构。炉体为双层水套结构，内壁为不锈钢材料，外壁为优质碳素钢材料。
坩埚额定容量：10~15kg。
模壳加热器由两区加热器组成，模壳双区加热，双区控温。
提供直径为250mm的水冷结晶器。
极限真空度（空炉冷态）：a)熔化室≤0.01Pa；b)铸型室≤1Pa（仅开启辅真空系统）；c)加料测温室≤1Pa（仅开启辅真空系统）；d)三室连通≤0.01Pa。
最高熔化温度1700℃。

The manufaurer of the equipment of the bidder has more than three years manufauring experience, more than two years of sales history, and there are users of similar devices in China. Manufaurer shall be provided in the tender in making the bidding equipment experience in terms of data and in recent years, the bidding equipment used in the field of precision casting industry, etc and quantity, with three main users list.
The stove is a three-room vertical struure. The furnace body is a double layer struure, the inner wall is stainless steel material, the outer wall is high quality carbon steel material.
The rated capacity of the crucible: 10~ 15kg.
Mould - shell heater consists of two - zone heater, double zone heating, double zone temperature control.
Provide a water cooled crystallizer with a diameter of 250mm.
Limit vacuum (air furnace cold) : a) melting chamber is less than 0.01 Pa; B) the casting chamber is less than 1Pa (open auxiliary vacuum system only); C) the greenhouse is less than 1Pa (only open auxiliary vacuum system); D) three-chamber conneion is less than 0.01 Pa.
The highest melting temperature 1700 ℃.
