中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受中国航空工业集团公司基础技术研究院委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

对卖方或制造商的要求：
*（1）提供有关投标货物情况和近三年内供应相同或类似投标货物和服务业绩表，并提供合同复印件、中标通知书或用户的最终验收证明复印件等证明材料；；提供合作单位及合作单位项目负责人的联系方式，如有在国内军工行业单位的类似业绩请特别标明；；提供软件原厂商针对本次的授权文件、软件原厂商针或软件原厂商在中国的授权代理商或售后服务机构针对本次的售后服务保证文件。（2）需有在国内和国外有限元模拟分析领域提供类似系统的业绩，具有多年的实际经验及技巧，具有航空或航天复合材料有限元模拟分析技术支持能力，并能提供应标软件在航空系统复合材料领域国内外相关买方案例。
*（3）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
主要技术指标：
*软件主要用途：；该有限元模拟软件，可用于模拟线性和非线性问题，支持静态应力/位移分析、热传导、耦合分析、准静态分析等，实现一个模型执行多种分析的统一有限元；具有非线性有限元求解能力，能够进行复合材料产品的隐式分析和显式分析，且在隐式分析和显式分析之间数据能够无缝传递；能够进行复合材料产品的结构失效分析、多物理场耦合分析、热力学分析、接触分析、界面粘结、大变形及流体力学分析等。；包括如下模块：ABAQUS/CAE前后处理模块、ABAQUS/Standard隐式分析模块；、Abaqus/Explicit显式分析模块、CMA复合材料建模。

Requirements for seller or manufaurer:
* (1) provide relevant bidding goods situation, and the last three years performance table bid to supply the same or similar goods and services, and provide the copy, a copy of final acceptance certificate of the letter of acceptance or the user proof materials, such as; Provide the conta information of the proje leader of the cooperation unit and the cooperative unit, such as the similar performance of the domestic military industry unit, please specify; Provide software to the original manufaurer for the authorization of the proje subje to tender documents, software original manufaurer needle or the original manufaurers in China authorized agents or after-sales service agencies for the after-sales service guarantee for the proje subje to tender documents. (2) should be at home and abroad provides a similar system in the domain of finite element simulation analysis results, hA/Ve many years of praical experience and skills, with composite material in A/Viation or space finite element simulation analysis of the technical support ability, and can provide should be the software in the field of A/Viation system composites at home and abroad related to the buyer.
* (3) once the winning bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, he/she will abolish his bid. (note: if the produ is imported produs and shall conclude a contra for the import, the winning bidder must be in its own name and buyer or buyer's business agent for foreign trade contras, and can receive the Chinese mainland company pays within the territory of foreign exchange.)
Main purpose of software: The finite element simulation software, can be used to simulate the linear and nonlinear problems, support static stress/displacement analysis, heat conduion, coupling analysis, quasi static analysis and so on, to achieve a unified finite element model to perform a variety of analysis; With the ability of nonlinear finite element solution, implicit analysis and explicit analysis of composite produs can be carried out, and the data can be passed seamlessly between implicit analysis and explicit analysis. The struure failure analysis, multi-physical field coupling analysis, thermodynamic analysis, conta analysis, interface bonding, large deformation and fluid mechanics analysis can be carried out. ; Including the following module: ABAQUS/CAE front and rear processing module, ABAQUS/Standard implicit analysis module; Abaqus/Explicit analysis module, CMA composite material modeling.
