1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
(1) 高精度扫描测量设备的设备制造商应获得ISO9000质量体系认证，并具有三年以上同类设备设计、制造经验，并在国内、外航空发动机行业尤其在叶片制造行业有良好的销售业绩，在中国国内有售后服务机构。提供最近3年国内、外同类设备的合同或验收证明等销售业绩证明材料。
(2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
主要技术要求：
1.CCD像素≥2×1600万像素。
2.镜头规格：单幅范围≤170mm×130mm×130mm。
3.测量的综合精度：≤0.2mm/m
4.配套机器人系统
5.7分钟完成710mm单个叶片的外表面扫描。

Qualification requirements:
(1) The manufaurer of the high-accuracy scanning and measuring unit should pass the ISO9000 quality system certification and should hA/Ve over-3-year experience in designing and manufauring the same type of the unit, enjoy ideal sales performance in the A/Viation engine industry and especially the blade manufauring industry both domestically and overseas, and hA/Ve after-sales service agency in China. Certifying materials of sales performance related to the same type of the unit sold both domestically and overseas in recent three years should be attached such as the contras or acceptance certificates.
(2)The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
Main technical requirements:
1.CCD pixel ≥ 2x16,000,000 pixels
2.Specification of lens: range of single image: ≤170 mm×130 mm×130 mm
3.Integrated measuring accuracy > 0.2 mm/m
4.The robot system should be provided.
5.The robot system should be capable of finishing the outer surface scanning for a single 710 mm blade in 7 minutes.
