*（1）制造商应具有预浸机的设计能力、生产能力、供应能力、售后服务能力及备件的三年以上供应能力。并附有至少包括3家用户的采购合同或验收意见复印件等证明材料，并提供产品照片、用户清单及联系方式。
提供详实的同类型设备的技术资料、关键技术指标的测试报告或相关应用证明文件。设备应有足够的安全性能。*（2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）

Eligibility criteria:
Requirements for seller or manufaurer:
*(1) the manufaurer shall hA/Ve the design capacity, produion capacity, supply capacity, after-sales service capacity and the spare parts for more than three years. It is accompanied by a copy of the purchase contra or acceptance opinion of at least 3 users, and provides the produ photo, user list and conta information.
Provide detailed technical data on the same type of equipment, test reports of key technical indicators, or relevant application supporting documents. The equipment should hA/Ve adequate safety performance. *(2) once the winning bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, he/she will abolish his bid. (note: if the produ is imported and is subje to import contra, the bidder must sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer or the buyer's business agent in his own name and accept the foreign exchange paid by the company in mainland China.)
