Qualifications or Performance：1.This Invitation for Bids is open to all suppliers from within the People's Republic of China and all countries/areas which hA/Ve regular trade relations with PRC. 2. Since 2012 to the bid submission date, the bidder must hA/Ve obtained the performance of the urban subway signaling system (not less than 8 stations) in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) which has been opened and operated with no less than 1 line.
