1.4 技术要求：1）制造商应具有制造同类设备的经验，有销售业绩。（投标书应附用户清单及销售合同的复印件）。制造商在中国有代理或维修机构能对产品提供长期维修服务保障，投标文件应附证明材料或相关承诺书。
2）一旦中标，该投标人必须以自身名义与买方签订本项目采购合同。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
3）设备为龙门结构，配置AC叉式摆头。
4）工作台尺寸≥6000 mm×2500 mm。
5）主轴最高转速≥6000 rpm。
6）定位精度：X、Y、Z≤0.02 mm/2000 mm，A、C≤0.004 °。

1）The manufaurer shall hA/Ve experience in producing the same kind machine, with sales performance. (Attached the user’s list in the bidding document and the copies of sale contras). There shall be agent or maintenance institution from the manufaurer in China for maintenance service for long period, and the certificates or the guarantees should be attached in the bid documents.
2）once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the purchase contra with the buyer in its own name. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
3）The equipment should adopt the planer type struure and be equipped with the AC fork oscillating head.
4）Table dimension: ≥ 6,000 mm × 2,500 mm.
5）Max. rotating speed of the spindle: ≥ 6000 rpm.
6）Positioning accuracy: Axes X, Y and Z: ≤ 0.02 mm/2,000 mm， Axes A and C: ≤ 0.004°.
