四、发布公告的媒介
normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">潜在投标人通过公告刊登的网站：中国中国电力招标采购网（www.dlztb.com）或中国南方电网有限责任公司阳光电子商务平台（ink>www.bidding.csg.cn）查阅本项目招标信息，并下载相关附件。
五、招标文件获取方式
normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">1、潜在投标人在购买招标文件前必须完成注册登记并办理数字证书，请预留足够的时间。如因上述原因导致潜在投标人无法及时下载招标文件或投标，后果由潜在投标人自行承担。详细操作指引详见中国南方电网有限责任公司阳光电子商务平台（ink>www.bidding.csg.cn）操作指南。
normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">2、报名时间：2018年01月25日09时00分00秒至2018年01月31日16时30分00秒，逾期不予受理。
normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">3、现场支付费用业务受理时间：在报名时间内(法定公休日、法定节假日除外），每日上午9时00分至11时30分，下午14时00分至16时30分。逾期不予受理。

normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">支付费用：供应商网上报名完成后，需到广州电力工程监理有限公司（广州市天河南一路1 号八楼前台，天河城东门对面）现场报名及缴纳文件费（100 元，刷卡或支票），增值税发票可即时领取。文件售后不退。

normal style="text-indent:23.25pt;line-height:150%">（1）潜在投标人登录电子商务平台发起付款订单；
normal style="text-indent:23.25pt;line-height:150%">（2）潜在投标人到达约定地点排队取号，等待叫号；
normal style="text-indent:23.25pt;line-height:150%">（3）潜在投标人提交有效资料(详见第5点)；
normal align=left style="text-align:left;text-indent:23.25pt; line-height:150%">（4）潜在投标人缴纳招标文件费用（请携带银行卡或信用卡，不收取现金）；

normal style="text-indent:23.25pt;line-height:150%">（6）潜在投标人登录电子商务平台下载招标文件及其它资料；
