1.4 技术要求：
资格标准：
*1）投标方推荐的设备应成熟可靠，近三年在国内外航空领域中应有振动光饰机的销售业绩，且用户反映效果良好，要求提供合同复印件和客户使用情况报告；投标书中应附国内外航空领域用户清单。
*2）设备原产地必须是境外。
*3）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
主要技术指标：
*容积：600~700L;
*配有磨料筛分系统，筛网采用不锈钢材质，能够将过量磨损、不满足使用要求的磨料筛分出来，并通过侧面的的排料口排出；不锈钢筛网可由操作者根据实际需要移除;
*具有全自动工艺废水再生循环利用系统。

A/VIC International Trade and Economic Development Ltd. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

Qualification requirements :
*1) Performance requirements: The equipment recommended by the tenderer should be mature and reliable and should hA/Ve been sold to users in domestic and foreign A/Viation industry in recent 3 years. Such equipment should gain fA/Vorable feedback from the users. The contract copies and reports on user's operation experience should be provided. The list of users in the A/Viation industry at home and abroad should be attached in the bidding document.
*2)The equipment must be manufactured in foreign countries.
*3)once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the contract with the buyer for the foreign trade contract of the project. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contract with the buyer, his bid will be abolished. (Note: if the product is imported products and must import contracts, the successful bidder must be in its own name and the buyer or buyer's business agent signed foreign trade contracts, and the company can receive China, within the territory of the foreign exchange to pay.
Technical Specifications:
*Volume: 600~700L;
*The abrasive screening system should be provided and the screen should be made of stainless steel and capable of sieving abrasives that are excessively worn and cannot satisfy the operating requirements and of discharging them out of the discharge lip on one side. The stainless steel screen can be removed by the operator as required.
*A fully automatic technological waste water recycling system should be provided.
