normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>廉江市廉江中学新建教学楼、学生宿舍楼及1号教学楼外墙修缮工程经廉江市发展和改革局以廉发改社【2018】28号文批准建设，建设资金为市财政统筹解决，建设资金已落实。招标单位为廉江市廉江中学，项目已具备招标条件。现对本项目施工进行公开招标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.1具有独立法人资格和有效的工商营业执照，并具备建筑工程施工总承包二级以上（含二级），取得有效的安全生产许可证，且资信良好，没有违法违规记录的施工企业；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.2企业技术负责人应具有行政主管部门颁发的安全生产考核合格证书（A证），项目负责人应具有行政主管部门颁发的安全生产考核合格证书（B证），专职安全生产管理人员应具有行政主管部门颁发的安全生产考核合格证书（C证）；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.3 拟投入项目负责人应具备建筑工程专业二级的注册建造师资格，具备建筑工程类中级以上（含中级）职称；在本单位注册且无在建项目（报名结束后招标人将对此核查，如发现项目负责人有在建项目的，将取消其投标资格并按相关规定处理）（根据粤建市函【2011】218号文，广东省外企业所委任的项目负责人须为建筑工程一级注册建造师）；拟投入项目技术负责人应具备建筑工程类中级以上（含中级）职称；拟投入本工程的项目负责人和技术负责人应与投标时一致；拟投入项目的现场管理人员（施工员1名、质检员1名、材料员1名、专职安全员1名、造价员1名、资料员1名）必须是本公司的员工，应具备建筑工程类初级以上（含初级）职称证、岗位证、二代身份证；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.4投标单位的企业技术负责人、拟派项目负责人、拟派项目技术负责人及拟派项目管理机构人员（施工员1名、质检员1名、材料员1名、专职安全员1名、造价员1名、资料员1名）需提供由投标申请人所在地的社会保险机构出具的有关投标申请人为其缴纳2018年5月～2018年11月的社会劳动保险证明(须提供查询平台，随时抽查，以提供加盖当地社保局或税务局印章的为准），社会劳动保险证明所属单位必须与投标人名称一致；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请申请人的法定代表人或委托代理人持其本人二代身份证原件于2019年1 月 4 日至2019年 1 月 8日，每天上午9:30时至11:30时，下午14:00时至16:00时(北京时间，下同)，在广州公共资源交易中心37号窗口（地址：广州市天河区天润路333号）购买招标文件。
