normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.4报价要求：本项目需按照采购人提供的车型及日常维修保养项目进行报价，分项填写，所报综合单价为固定价格（即：在合同履行期间不因任何因素而变更），其范围应包括维修保养的配件费、人工费、管理费及税金等全部内容，并按照车型汇总后报出暂定总价。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:200%'>1.6结算方式：本项目结算是按照实际维修保养项目与合同中的固定单价进行结算，结算周期按照季度结算，每次需要开具相应发票。若有非常规的维修保养项目发生，则应根据双方提前签字确认的结算价格合并计入当季度车辆维修保养结算费用中。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:200%'>2.2须具有必须具有《道路运输经营许可证》二类及以上机动车维修资质（报名时须提供证明资料）。
normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:200%'>2.3在鹤壁市区有固定的经营维修场所（在淇滨区具有维修场所的优先）。（报名时须提供证明资料）。
normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:200%'>2.4近三年内没有骗取中标、严重违约、投标人产品在设备安装调试运行中未发生重大质量问题。
