normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.4项目范围：本项目范围包括鹤壁鹤淇发电有限责任公司（包括2×660MW机组和2×300MW机组）厂外供排水全部设施的维护，包括但不限于如下设施：1、2*660mw机组厂外南干渠补水管线，自南干渠取水口至鹤淇厂区围墙处DN800管线20Km； 2、2*660mw机组厂外循环水排水管线，自鹤淇厂区围墙处至市政污水井DN200管线计8Km；3、2*660mw机组厂外雨水管线，自鹤淇厂区围墙处至厂区北侧双河DN1800管线计0.8Km；4、2*300mw机组厂外矿井疏干水补水管线，自丰鹤至同力至鹤淇厂区围墙处DN700管线1Km；5、2*300mw机组厂外南干渠补水管线，自南干渠取水口至同力厂区围墙处DN800管线2Km；以上管线范围内的水工结构及土建部分所有工作。
normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.5报价要求：本项目需按照采购人提供的工作内容及范围要求，采用一次报价、固定总价的方式（即：价格在合同履行期间不因任何因素而变更），其范围应包括定期巡检、日常维护及缺陷消除所需的人工费、材料费、施工机械费、措施费、管理费、工农关系协调费及税金等全部内容（固定总价为本项目单项估算金额在2万元以下的日常零星修理修缮项目，单项估算金额在2万元以上项目按照技术要求结算）。
