5、供货期：合同签订后，采购人发出通知，7个日历天内完成。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>1、报价人须具有独立法人资格，具有有效的企业法人营业执照，具有相关经营范围。
normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:30.0pt'> 2、报价人信誉良好，未被列为失信被执行人（以采购人或采购代理机构查询“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）查询结果为准）。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:30.0pt'> 4、分项报价不全者为无效报价。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace: none'>1、本合同价款为 元，大写 ，增值税税率13%，包括运输、安装、调试、使用指导、售后服务等全部内容，人工费、利润、税金等完成约定内容所需发生的全部费用。本合同为固定总价合同，除双方协商一致外，不因任何情形而调整。
normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace: none'>2、乙方接到甲方送货通知后，5日内将货物运送到甲方指定地点。
normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace: none'>3、付款方式：货到验收合格后付本批货物的97%，质保金3%，6个月后无质量问题无息一次退还。
normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace: none'>支付服务费时，由乙方提出支付申请，并开具等额增值税专用发票，甲方在收到乙方提交的支付申请和增值税专用发票，且审核无误后20个工作日内进行支付。
normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace: none'>4、保修政策：全国联保，按照国家政策享受三包服务；检验不合格将进行退货处理；在国家规定的质保期内出现问题乙方全部负责进行解决。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.1pt; line-height:30.0pt'>2、本次询比通过网络进行全电子化操作，有意参与并符合条件的报价人，需登录中原招采网电子招标平台网址：http://www.zybtp.com/。进行报价供应商注册，有意参加并符合条件的供应商，需先登录中原招标采购交易平台进行电子注册、经验证合格并办理CA数字认证证书后，方能参与投标活动。
