normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.1报价供应商须必须是在中华人民共和国境内（不含港、澳、台地区）注册并取得营业执照的独立法人资格，被列入《全国企业信用信息公示系统》异常经营或者严重违法失信企业名录和《全国法院失信被执行人名单信息公布与查询平台》失信执行人名单的单位不得参与本次询价活动。

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.3 报价供应商至少有3个300MW及以上火电机组ABB励磁系统PT慢熔逻辑项目的业绩。（报名时上传合同业绩扫描件）
normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.4报价供应商需签署附件中《河南投资集团系统采购活动廉洁承诺书》。（报名时上传承诺书扫描件）

normal style='line-height:150%'>5. 报价截止时间/询价时间及报价要求
normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑴本次询比通过网络进行全电子化采购，有意参与并符合条件的供应商，需登录中原招采网（http://www.zybtp.com）进行供应商注册，经验证合格并办理CA数字认证证书和电子签章手续后，方能参与本次询价活动；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑴供应商只能一次报出不得更改的固定总价，供应商报价的同时即对采购人所列出全部技术参数、数量、质量标准、技术要求等做出完全响应的承诺；
normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑵报价中所使用的计量单位，除采购人有特殊要求外，均采用中华人民共和国法定计量单位；
normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑶供应商因参加本项目的所有费用，不论结果如何，均由供应商自行承担；
normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑷最低报价不能作为成交的唯一保证；
