2、投标人资格要求：

2.2投标人自行承担所有参与招投标活动的费用。

3.1本次询价采购通过中原招标采购交易平台（http://www.zybtp.com）进行全电子化招投标，领取报价文件时间为自公告发布之日起至报价截止时间止。
