normal style='text-indent:21.0pt'>(1)、三门峡腾跃同力水泥有限公司2019年所得税汇算清缴申报签证报告；
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt'>(2)、三门峡腾跃同力水泥有限公司2020年税务业务咨询及解决方法。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt'>4、凡参与报价之供应商，则视为响应以下询比单规则
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt'>（1）、报价时分A包、B包分别进行报价；
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt'>(2)、报价为一次性给予最低不可更改的含税报价。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt'>(3)、成交标准：符合采购需求、质量和服务相等且价格最低者A包、B包分别中标。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt'>5、付款方式：所得税鉴证报告出具后付合同金额的50%，年底完成税务咨询业务再付合同金额的50% 。
凡参与此项目者，都视为完全响应以上条款；本条款解释权归招标人所有。

normal style='margin-top:13.9pt;line-height:150%'>1、报价人须具：具有有效企业法人证书（营业执照）和税务登记证、组织机构代码证（或三证合一）；
normal style='margin-top:13.9pt;line-height:150%'>2、具有税务师事务所登记证书
normal style='margin-top:13.9pt;line-height:150%'>3、具有注册税务师资格证书。
4、具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉；没有处于被责令停业或投标资格被取消或财产被接管、冻结、破产状态，企业体制稳定。
normal style='margin-top:13.9pt;line-height:150%'>三、报价文件领取时间和办法
normal style='margin-top:13.9pt;line-height:150%'>1、报价文件领取时间：2019年12月26日至2019年12月31日15：30时。
normal style='margin-top:13.9pt;line-height:150%'>2、本次询比价通过网络进行全电子化操作，有意参与并符合条件的报价人，需登录中原招采网（http://www.zybtp.com）进行供应商注册，经验证合格并办理CA数字证书认证和电子签章手续后，方能参与本次询价活动。
3、项目报名（有两种方式）：
(1).浏览公告时直接报名：供应商可以浏览项目公告后，使用电子钥匙，点击公告下面的“现在就报名”按钮登陆，直接进入该项目进行报名，报名时注意选择要报名的分包，点击“下一步”，选择注册时填好的联系人，或者手动填写联系人，点击“确认报名”后，报名成功。
(2).登录系统报名：供应商使用电子钥匙直接进入平台系统，点击桌面上的“我要报名”后，选择页面上需要报名的项目，这里可以根据“项目名称”“项目编号”和“采购方式”来进行模糊和精准查询项目。点击项目后面的“报名”，即进入报名页面进行报名。
