normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char'>3.2 有意参加投标并符合条件的供应商，尚未在中原招标采购交易平台注册的，需先登录中原招采网进行电子注册，经验证合格并办理CA数字证书认证和电子签章手续后，方能参与投标活动。
4.投标报名

normal style='text-indent:23.5pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char'>4.2 报名时请上传营业执照、物业管理资质证书、投标声明书和采购活动廉洁承诺书，若缺少其中一项则报名审核不通过。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%; layout-grid-mode:char'>6.1 投标人递交1000元作为投标保证金，并作为其投标的一部分，投标保证金有效期与投标有效期一致。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt; line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>投标人要严格按照“保证金交纳操作指南”内容交纳，中原招标采购交易平台只接受投标供应商在开标截止时间前由公司基本账户电汇或转账的投标保证金，一次性足额转至专用账户。在开标截止时间前交易人应登陆平台查询保证金到账信息并确认后，平台系统才记录为有效投标保证金。若因此影响投标人投标有效性的，责任应由投标人承担。
